Mario Balotelli-style T-shirt messages will be punished

A lot football players show  a message in theirs interior T-shirt  after they score a goal. This situation is penalised although the message was for a charity, or in memory of somebody the FIBA  always is penalised this. It is always punished with a yellow card for the  player. Also now are debating about some sanctions and to ban the player.

This is a very hard  debate for the World cup of Brazil because the IFAB doesn't want that the players wear any slogan on their T-shirts because some players can show some religious messages or about publicity.

I can't understand this kind of football situation. These T-shirts always have very beautiful messages and normally can help the people and charities and it can't be punished.
